All-on-4 Concept
All-on-4 is an advanced implant technique that allows patients who are completely edentulous or have severe tooth loss to achieve a full fixed jaw prosthesis with only 4 implants. Developed by Portuguese Prof. Dr. Paulo Malo, this method has been applied to millions of patients worldwide.
How Does It Work?
Two vertical implants are placed in the anterior region and two angled implants in the posterior region. The angled implants gain maximum support from the existing bone without the need for bone grafting. A temporary prosthesis is screwed in on the same day, allowing the patient to leave the clinic with fixed teeth.
