KVKK Clarification Text

1. Data Controller

6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu uyarınca, kişisel verileriniz veri sorumlusu sıfatıyla Dentatacity tarafından aşağıda açıklanan kapsamda işlenebilecektir.

2. Processed Personal Data

The following data may be processed during contact forms, appointment requests, and site usage:

• Identity and contact information such as name, surname, phone number, and email address
• Request, message, appointment subject, and form contents
• Transaction security data related to website usage, IP address, browser information, and cookie records

3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

• Providing information about the health services offered
• Patient satisfaction, service quality, and improvement of operational processes
• Fulfilling obligations arising from legislation

4. Method and Legal Basis of Personal Data Collection

This data may be processed based on the legal grounds specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, including explicit consent, the establishment or performance of a contract, fulfillment of a legal obligation, establishment, use, or protection of a right, and the legitimate interest of the data controller.

5. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred to authorized public institutions and organizations, technical infrastructure and communication service providers in accordance with legal obligations, provided that it is limited and proportionate. Transfers are made solely for the purpose of carrying out the service and fulfilling legal requirements.

6. Your Rights Under the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK)

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights:

• Learning Whether Personal Data Is Processed
• If processed, do not request information regarding this.
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used appropriately for its purpose
• Knowing third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad
• Do not request corrections if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed
• Request deletion or destruction in accordance with KVKK
• Requesting notification to third parties to whom the transactions are transferred
• Do not object to the emergence of an adverse result due to analysis by automatic systems.
• Claiming compensation in case of damage due to unlawful acts
